Hm.... very cool, but much more difficult than it sounds....how do we really do that?
You can do that by having passionate people. When someone is passionate about what they do, it gets done better and with more enthusiasam. If you don't like what you do and you are doing it for the paycheck or because you have to the results are often much less productive than when you love your job and go to it each day with renewed enthusiasim...The church needs passionate people.
I agree, Jenni, but how do we help make people passionate
